INSURANCE COMPANY REFUNDS

GOA Gone on arrival, we will charge full GOA if the insurance assigned us and another Tow truck company and if The driver get onsite and another towing company is already onsite performing the tow service
We will debit the 50% GOA in case Customer doesn’t answer the call prior to send the driver out.
Our refund policy is cleared for most insurance companies and roadside assistance companies, we will charge Full GOA, if They dot not call US to inform us about the cancellation of the service and our driver arrives to the disabled location and there is no car onsite or customer already got help by another tow company.
